Ive enjoyed the series very much. Ive always been on the networking and operations end of various technologies. The crossover to me will be as various technologies converge, the need to understand the full complexion will be required. Ive been looking at IM-based technologies and am concerned about being able to instantiate a campaign. As we move forward, the ability to hone and redefine a campaign dynamically will have value.
